The width of the actual stripe is 10-1/4". Convert this to the decimal equivalent which is 10.25. Divide this by the scale. 10.25/350 = .292857; this is the width in decimal inches of the stripe at 1:350 scale. To cnvert to mm, multiply this result times 25.4. .0292857 x 25.4 = 0.7438571. Round this number up to 0.75 mm. That's the width of the stripe at 1:350 scale in mm. The actual stripe tapers at the ends, but at 1:350 scale, I wouldn't be too concerned about trying to reproduce this taper - unless you really have a strong desire to give yourself an ulcer.
