There are a number of ways that you can bend photo etch. 1) you can use a pair of flat pliers that you can obtain at any model store or hardware store. The pliers are completely flat and have no teeth in the jaws. 2) you can use the edge of a razor blade as an edge to bend on. Place the edge of the razor blade at the location you want to bend and use it as an edge or guide to bend.
I would recommend Loren Perry's book on photoetch. The listing for his new release is right here on the board.
