Remember the handout/instruction sheets that you gave all of us at the meeting, asking for our comments and suggestions? There are a number of grammatical errors that I found, and I would like to call you on the phone and tell you my suggestions sometime next week.

I looked at each page carefully and think I can suggest a few word changes that may help make the instructions even easier to follow. Email me with a phone number where I can reach you or I can email you my phone number at work or at home.
