Question about plastic models

From what I have read, Lusitania hulls seem to be used again to make Titanic hulls. Are the hulls of plastic models the same and they just make the decks differently or are there models that individually show the true nature of the hull. I look at my ships and I know the contours of the hull since I built them from scratch. I am concerned particularly with Lusi and Mauri since their rudder configuration is different from the White Star ships. Also I understand that some models are only from the waterline up, you see this in some of the paper models of the Titanic.
So which models show the ships accurately?
