I am always wandering how a lookout man like Frederick Fleet climb up on the mast to the crow's nest. I notice the ratline on the mast is somewhat above the crow's nest. It looks like it is difficult to be on the crow's nest. I have never how anyone could climb into the crow's nest and if it they do they, it must be difficult. Any answers and comments?
