There is a book thats been out for a couplke years called "Last dinner on the Titanic." It's a cook book with various sundry facts It has been used for events called "Last Dinner on the Titanic" or something similar. Check your local book store or Amazon.com. From what I hear, the menu is not for the colesteral challenged.
