I agree they would perhaps gain thousands from selling rivets from Titanic, but that's not the point. It is ethically unacceptable, at least to me, to sell items like that for personal profit. Imagine what if a private corporation began selling bolts or screws from TWA Flight 800. Titanic is a transportation accident, albeit many years older.
