While working on these models, I have often wondered how the water mains attached to the aft the third funnel were supposed to flex with the ship. I'm sure that none of us have ever ever put down railings over an expantion joint. (yeah right) There would have to be some slip joints or flexable sections to absorb energy from rough seas. Anyone know? Would anything show on the model?
