That picture of the Olympic lowering a lifeboat is illustrating one of her own boats. the records show (apparentley) that the Titanic's lifeboats remained in the US through the duration of the law suits to regain losses from passangers.
According to the reseaqrch of Jack Eaton, they stayed in the US to rot in a boat yard somewhere on the east coast.
