I'm glad to see everyone is still keeping there eyes on the boards. I agree Doug, we have uncovered most of everything we could at this point. On this end I have hit a snag in going any further, besides a lack of money, there are some plans that are in the possession of a few people who will not even sell copy's of them. These people appear to want to be the only source for this information, which they wont let out, so who will benefit anyway?
There are a couple of things that I keep in the back of my head to research. One is the dazzle colors of the Olympic. I have found that the yellow colors were only painted on the upper parts of the hull and stacks, most everything else was a shade of blue, black or green. White is the light color between the dark colors on the hull. This would make the most sense any way.
As for the meeting, there are a lot of real BIG things happening at the meeting afterwards, There will be some new modeling items introduced and with the addition of Ray Lepien and possibly Roy Mengot, there will not be lack of conversation. There is a t.v. in the room and I will have some of my WHOI wreck video going at all times, along with other video's for background noise.
