: : Ron, are you saying they made the tour from photos of the Titanic for the movie? Fox still has to explain the strange things I've seen in it though.

: : :) Jeanne

: Yes they did, for example, go into the gym and turn left , turn around and look at the wall of the gym that you would of seen if you turned right, it's a cut and paste
: wall, because in reality that was the "forth" wall of the film set and never existed. Same for other rooms, that I am confused about, anyway I still think
: it's a great job and very accurate to a certain point, but you must remember
: that the researchers who worked for TITANIC got their info from the same sources as everybody else. Their problem was to convey the feeling while
: sometimes having to give up accuracy. I still think the tour is great for
: research but if I were to build a model I would research these listings, all the various books, and the tour remembering where it's downfalls are. I believe they
: used that process(the name escapes me) to shoot those pictures for the tour,
: and then did their fixups later. Ron H.

So then do you know if they added the "floating" picture in the B Deck suite for some purpose? If you have this CD Rom, go to the room farthest aft & you'll see what I mean.
