In that photo that Jeanne posted online a railing can be seen running parallel to the #3 funnel deckhouse aft of the "chair room" door flanking the port side of the cowl vent. It is my belief that this railing was NOT on the Titanic.
I believe the railing parallel and just aft of the expansion joint turning a right angle into the tank room walls marking the Engineer's promenade was the only one in that area.
Thoughts anyone?
