I thought EXACTLY about where does it end: I'd stop right here at those bulkheads as the rest is either o.k. or can be scratchbuild with the exception of the hull but this is too big a part. I'd be perfectly happy after those bulkheads: A deck promenades and some more on B- and boat decks the ones with detailed mullions. The step beyond this would be a completely new 1:350 Titanic. Please don't get me wrong but I think it's still not too expensive as detail parts can be bought one by one making it hurt a bit less. And just think about the price of decent tools....
