If you indeed were not making a product seem overly difficult and just setting out the steps in a logical ordered fashion, I apologize to you. You did make earlier comments in regard to the window sets so I must have been mistaken this time. I have no hatred toward you nor your products, they are always of high quality. I would just like to see a fair market place for all where all manufacturers are accepted for the fine work that they do.
