Hi,
Bruce Beveridge (hopefully recovering soon) sells Duane Fowler decal sets for 1/350 conversions to Olympic and Britannic. The red crosses are all there. If you don't like to use decals for the crosses, you can use stretchable masking tape available at Micro Mark (www.micromark.com) and copy the dimensions from Duane's decals using a hobby knife. I hope my tips could be of any help.
