I'm puzzled!

I called Amazon again today after reading your message. They insist they have not received their shipment yet, and they said part of the problem in getting the book late (or not yet) is that they're on the west coast and it will take longer to receive from the publisher, to which I asked if they were using the Pony Express as their courier! But, I am a patient person and will wait for my copy. I'm just frustrated at the lack of knowledge from their end as to what's going on...
