That picture you have of the forcastle isn't by any chance the same one as p. 39 of Marriot's Titanic book. This is the Olympic.
Be very cautious as most of the film footage out there is of the Olympic. There was very little footage of Titanic. Most of it if not all of it is of people walking around on decks at Southampton.
You will find in your research of this subject that you'll have to double check certain things to make sure that it's not the Olympic. These two ships had a considerable amount of small cosmetic differences. I can be firm in saying that the location of the bell is confirmed as the picture in Voices that I refer to is absolutely the Titanic.
