To all who may be concerned.....
I have a photo of Titanic during fitting out that is shot from the bow looking back at the bridge. The ships bell is clearly visible........it is on the front, centered. In addition to back this up. On the CD I have there is a video clip that runs along the winches and foremast, clearly visible is the mounting bracket for this bell. I hope this helps anyone who is interested.
