Does any one know what sort of windows were used in the second class library? The kit only has open squares.
Marschall’s cutaway shows 6 pane windows. Has anyone seen any pictures of the inside or outside of the library that show these windows?
I know that no one will be able to see very well into the promenade but I still have to add the detail.
Re: Aft well deck hatches
In Marchall’s cutaway painting he shows two hatches, one either side of the No 5 hatch. I believe that these were doors into two small store rooms.
I’ve had a look at the various plans I own and they are all different. Warren Samut shows the doors on the angled wall next to the base of the cranes. Eaton and Haas shows what could be a window on the starboard angled wall.
Any one have any ideas?
