Thank you, I would have to say that the ladders were an after thought as the picture of "O" doesn't appear the have them. I believe that the support posts where applied first and painted white. Then the ladders were put up useing the white post as support for the ladders they may even of have been connected to give the ladder support who knows. Just as the Titanic had added to it what the Olympic lacked, so is for these ladders.
