There's problems with the whole hull piece forward of the well deck. If you continue the white paint forward, you end up painting white the area below the C deck portholes (where the hull goes almost vertical). The instructions have you place the "nameplate" decal below the white, but it should be centered between the two large hawseholes. Even the boxtop painting depicts it with the white running way too low on the bow.
But you have to in order for the white to line up. Fixing it would be a nightmare I think, getting all the decks to line up correctly. I have the feeling that there are probably some serious problems with the height of the individual decks (C deck may be too deep?). If this is confusing, it is for me to, especially trying to describe this from memory, at work. Has anyone come up with a resolution to this?
