Hello Rob, if you check around on Sean's site there may be an address for Ken Kroes listed in San Jose. He was mailing out fiber optic cable to anyone that needed for the cost of a self addressed stamped envelope.
As far as the Brittanic goes, listed somewhere in one of Sean's message bases is an offer for files that explain what is needed to alter the Minicraft 1/350 model to become either the Olympic or Brittanic. Try http://home.sol.no/~leefw/models. If you are scratch building one I know of no actual plans available for the Brittanic but the Titanic to Brittanic conversion file mentioned above should still be of valuable aid to your project.
