The Lusitania and Mauretania were true "sisters"
that is, they were identical as far as the basic structure. There the differences between the two were probably less than between the Olympic and Titanic.
The Aquitania was not a sister ship. Whoever called her a sister was mistaken. Apart from the fact that it was a four funneled ship, it was totally different. I don't know about profiles but you can read about them at the Cunard Archives website. I don't have the address handy but you can just enter Cunard Archives and probably find it.
