Kevin,

Yes, the window frames on the outside are painted brown on all houses above decks. A basic medium to dark brown should work well.

ACC glues are a souped-up version of cyanoacyrilate glues or "Krazy Glues," the difference being that an accelerator is used with ACC glues to set quickly. These can be obtained in most better hobby or railroad shops. Also, Micro-Mark carries these. I have listed the link below.
