I've checked my logbook back to Saturday, July 18,
and can't find any orders from anyone with the
first name of Doug or Douglas, so I assume the
order is enroute as I write this (Saturday, July
25.) A last name would have helped.
We normally have same-day turnaround, so when
your order arrives, it'll be shipped out that day.
