If not, perhaps he would give you permission to copy his parts at 140% for custom photoetching. He'd still have to sell you the parts before you could do it, so he's not out a sale. And if you made more than a one-off copy and started selling them...we've all seen how effectively he dealt with the last person who ripped him off! Of course, if you ever displayed it in a museum he'd probably like credit for the design...
