I have a very cheap, reliable way of eliminating expensive compressors!
Last month I bought myself a 4WD Tyre! Yea it sounds cheap and corney but the air is dry, lasts for about 2 months and is free to refill (down at the local garage!) All you need to buy is an old second hand tyre, it doesnt need to be a 4wd tyre but they have about 3 times the volume of air than car tyres, and the other thing you need is a converter for the airbrush to tyre.
They should be in any hobby shop that sells airbrushes!
