While installing my model's funnel pipes, I noticed
that the Minicraft kit seems to provide too many cooling
pipe assemblies. If I'm interpreting the photos of the
real ship correctly as well as Ken Marschall's
paintings, the funnel pipes should be as follows:
No. 1 funnel: Two pipe assemblies on the right side,
none on the left.
No. 2 funnel: No pipes at all.
No. 3 funnel: Two large multi-pipe assemblies on the
left rear and right rear. None on the front.
No. 4 funnel: One pipe on the right rear.
All pipes in the kit labeled C10 are therefore omitted.
A simple fix.
Anyone out there differ? Please advise.
