Hi,
I just bought one of those hollow brass tubings from the hobby store. It was the smallest one they have. The only problem is that it is only big enough for the upper large portholes(see photos attached)
I actually think this will work out OK. I've put one piece in already and it looks great. Although I will be using this method on the new model I plan to build, I am experimenting on the one I have put together now.
The photo shows what portholes this will only work for...
BTW - Any body know of a way to cut these brass tubings without leaving a rough edge to it?
