As for the deck lighting, Mike Pell will be releasing a modeling guide. Hopefully it will include the placement of the lights on the bulkheads and the ceilings. Other wise, You will have to get out the books and the magnifying glass.
Robert Hahns plans show all of the lights on the bulkheads if you wanted to take that route.
