Doug:
By the time Aquitania came out, they put all of the information together on a ship, but in Titanic and Olympic, it is spread out over a large area. That is why I started with the 1909 Engineering. I plan on getting to see the 1911 and 1912 issues soon. Since Dallas has had a snow storm and they are expecting snow tonight, the libraries will be closed until further notice. No one down here has snow tires, so they over re-act. So I will not be able to get to it until at least next week when the library opens again.
I looked into their abstracts on the ships in the new varieties of Engineering and it is not what we are looking for. I have found a few more schools: including Harvard has a depository in chicago called CRL (Chicago) whatever that means, which has Engineering.
U of California Berkely has several copies of it. In their main library and in the Engineering Library.
Brown U has it, Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola Ab Bilioteket in Sweden has it
ColumBia university has it in microfilm, so does Dartmouth.
It is easier to find it on the ISSN number if the database allows it, since it is a specific number to the journal.

Also you need to remember that these are usually stored off-campus, so you may have to plan well in advance, your strategy of looking at these volumes. I am finding them in simple town libraries, I would suggest looking into all of your libraries in your areas.

Also I believe Engineering made books on some of their materials. I found a book on steam engines made in 1909 written by Westinghouse, the man who made that big company.

The articles of the ships were made while they were constructing them, there is some information on Titanic after the sinking and I remember modeifications to olympic caused by the sinking. It was a regular weekly magazine, so things like that would have been printed there. Also the libraries with the individual issues would have the advertisements in them!
