Do you have a copy of Engineering? The Engineer also covered the ships. Cassier's is also an engineering type of magazine. There is the New York Version of Engineering, which is mostly civil engineering. All of these are listed in the reader's guide as Engineering, the same publication.
Perhaps your copy is in better shape than ours is. And If there are any missing between the two libraries, perhaps we can fill the gaps.
I am looking at online catalogues of major libraries and finding interesting things. I believe this is a matter of just looking. The Imperial War College in London has Cassiers, Engineering, the New York variety and I think "The Engineer", it is easy to find this stuff, just go to the online catalogue and type in Engineering and click journal title, or title. In the war college I found another engineering magazine from the Admiralty of ships from 1920 to 1946.
All of this take a little digging, try it!
