: I say! I say! Any of you modelers here know if any company makes HO scale ocean liner detail parts (such as lifeboat davits, portholes, lifeboats, deck vents, etc.) for all time frames and famous ships such as Titanic, Olympic, Lustiania, Queen Mary, etc.?
: Thanks!
The closest would most likely be 1/8" to the foot or 1/96 (HO Scale, as you know is 1/87). There are numerous catalogs with "generic parts" such as railing stanchions, anchors, davits, portholes, vents, etc. by suppliers such as Bluejacket, Model shipways, and A.J. Fisher. Model-Expo carries many of these brands, and has a website at "www.modelexpoinc.com" I am not, however, aware of any specialized fittings for Titanic, Lusitania, Olympic,. etc. in that scale.
