I will be relooking into the configuration of how the water pipes worked once again. this will NOT change the way they looked, just how the water systems worked. After speaking with Bob Read on the subject, I may have it backwards. The water would have been pumped up from the bottom tanks, through the loops and then into the tanks on the boat deck. The water would remain in the tanks until the level dropped, in this case a plunger may have been used to switch on the pumps to add more up and through the loops into the tanks. The sinks and utilities would then have been gravity fed from the top side water tanks. The water would run through the filters from a pipe on the bottom of the tanks, then down to the distributaries. When I re-read into this, I will change the article I wrote. Again, This will not change the way they looked, just how I stated they worked.
