There's nothing available to the public for these. Harland & Wolff doesn't have them in their list of available plans.
It's possible that the plans do exist, but if so they may be in the hands of a "collector" who is unwilling to share them, as seems to be the case with several important plans (a BIG pet peave of mine). It's also possible that the set designers just used photos to design the dome. The photos that are available do give enough info to create a decent facsimile.
