I have test fitted bulkhead # 143 to the keel and a puzzling problem has arisen. According to the bulkhead plan, # 143 extends all the way down to the bottom of the keel. But on the framework plan (same page as hull lines) # 143 terminates at the top rounded edge of the center propeller area. I built the bulkhead according to the plan, and indeed the lower part goes over the open space for the center propeller area. What are your suggestions?
