Hi david. you are not dreaming! a diorama is possible! you will need some epoxy puddy or resin for water, a tub (to place the model and puddy in desired position), and some other modeling supplies. im not sure on exactly how to do it but you might want to check with your local hobby shop or this site for proper instructions.
