Hello Blake. Funny you should mention this. I was just looking at that Friday. The Britannic GA plans calls for the piping above the yellow to be painted black. I am uncertain if Titanic was the same at the moment not having its GA available but from looking at the Browne Southampton dock photo of the port side it appears as though the yellow meets the white, not that much can be deciphered in the black and grey photos. Someone with the T GA plan should know what was called for concerning that.
