I have never actually had to order spare parts, but I almost had to at one point as I lost my crow's nest. I was told by Caroline Carter at WEm that the best thing to do is contact the company who resells the kits in your area, rather than contact Academy directly. In the UK the distributor is called "Toyway" for example.
