Ok. I am trying to get replacement parts from Academy for the 1/400th Titanic. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE??!! I understand they must be shipped overseas, but I ordered them on March 4th, and then again on the 9th of September. I haven't heard a word. No email, no anything. I actually posted something on their "message board," but I guess they never check it. Has anyone else had this problem? If anyone has had to get replacement parts from them for any model, please post something here telling me on how long it should take. I have the ship finished except for the pieces I need.
