I would love to read that article. The configuration is not much different then the T and O. I believe the accumulation room was on A deck, starboard just below the tank room above, though it is not called that on the plans. However this may have been the saltwater tank. There is a fresh water tank indicated on the port side if I remember correctly so don't quote me on that. The guys on the Britannic page were wondering what that accumulator room was. As for the length of the Britannic, these authors seem to round off the numbers a lot. I don't know why, but I have seen numbers at 900' and even more for the length. I have a couple of the plans of the Britannic and the copies indicate that the originals are in real good shape. I measured the length on the plans and it came to exactly 882'9" though the ship was wider amidships as indicated.
