I would bet that you could find most if not all of these volumes at the Chicago Public Library. You could call their reference desk and check.
They probably have a website but sometimes you can't find certaing rare periodicals on a library website. You might be able to do some photocopying there but I'm pretty sure you couldn't check them out. The St. Louis Public Library was not as finicky as James' library about actually handling them. However, other than historical interest, you won't find much if any new information or photos.
