Why don't you send them in a letter explaining the web site and all the available information it holds and see if you can get them to publish it in the editorial section, or the letters section.
There are also good model boating magazines such as "Model boats" and "International marine modelling" they would be good to aim at as well as "Finescale modeller". Good luck and keep up the good work.
