I just found "Harland and Wolff's Works at Belfast" in the July 5, 1912 issue of 'Engineering' (London, The Design Council) which has the plans to the buildings and pictures of the works, including the slips, desciptions of most of the manufacturing processes and photographs of the same. They have a picture of Titanic and Olympic side by side, being constructed, taken at a great distance. Also in this volume (no.94) are plans of the graving dock and maps of Belfast shipyards. It is an extensive article going onward into the next issues. The names of all of the equipment used to make the machinery in the Titanic are listed. There were pictures of their pouring the bronze into forms.
Also in this volume are other shipyards and manufacturing facilities including the Krupp Works in Essen Germany.
I found the May 11, 1912 Cover of Scientific American which show the idea of making floatable decks to prevent sea disasters. The June 24, 1911 Scientific American cover is a drawing of the Olympic in port in New York from above.
And I found the plans to the Titanic on two pages in folio form in the June 1912 issue of "Engineering".
Sincerely,
James Pepper
