I agree that there may need to be a few officers just to act as a point of contact. I'll have to rely on Sean's estimate of any costs that would need to be covered that would require a membership fee. As with any organization I do believe that
you would have to give your name and address to be a member. If kid's parents are squeamish about this then they can wait until they are older.
I do think that adresses should be kept confidential and should not be published on the website. Names are sufficient. Also members would be the only ones who could vote on something deemed "official business". Surveys could be voted on by anybody who wants to.

: O.K. how about this. Sean is the president and the web site IS the news letter, no problem. Think of a name and solicit trustee candidates for an election. Actually trustees are not needed but if the case comes that someone out there needs our resources, then a trustee would be the contact. As for membership fees, If this is going to increase the size of the web page then Sean will have to start paying for the memory from his server if he doesn't already ( I think he does by the way ). Their should be a fee sent to him for nothing more then paying the bills. He should give out a card or certificate or both. There should be a list of members posted on the main page to designate who are the actual, paying members. The payment serves another purpose also. It will hopefully keep out any DiCaprio lovers and anyone who isn't serious on the roster. This doesn't mean that anyone can't post to the boards. It only means that the actual paying and supporting members are listed on the main page. Who knows, there may even be a little something that the members might get in the mail someday for being just that, MEMBERS.
: Some day if there is a get together or convention then we will have a master list of members. The keeper of records would have all of our home address incase our services are needed or there is a future mailing of any sort.
