That is my fault. For some reason when I had the little parts out and was measuring them I had it locked in my tired brain that the model only came with one side. I didn't realize that the model had both sides. I thought it was another gaff in the model. I know this is stupid because the instructions clearly show the other side. If anyone wants another promenade decal, just e-mail me and I will send it.
