: I just received Bruces decals. They are incredible. I have one question though. I got a bit confused in the instructions. Could someone just give me a list of all the materials I need for good results, and give me step by step instructions on how to use them. Thank you very much!

You will need a dish of water, a sharp hobby knife and a pair of small and accurate tweezers.

Cut around each window VERY CAREFULLY, as close to the atcual printed window as possible. Make sure the cut is clean with no torn backing paper around the edges.

Next, place the decal in the water (preferably face up). Leave it there for a few minutes. You will notice that the window starts to float away from the backing paper. If it doesn't, it should slide away when touched with the tweezers.

Finally, once you have the seperated window in the tweezers, place it in the correct position on the model. Carefully slide it into the best position.

After you've let the decal dry for a while, you can apply a fixer to stiffen it and therefore make it stronger. I use Humbrol "Decalfix", but there are others out there.

Good luck!

Russ :-)
