No, not an outhouse. Those are visible in a number of photos of the ship at the fitting out jetty and while being drydocked (in fact, Ralph Welsh attempted to remove them from several photos such as one of the Olympic and Titanic together with T at the jetty and O entering the drydock). These privies were mounted so that they actually hung over the side of the ship. There was a long shute from the bottom to guide waste away from the side of the ship. Beware, ye rowing about in small boats... and for God's sake, don't look up!
