Loren -- as discussed in my earlier post, I am in favor of the separate windows, as it would definitely simplify painting. I also like the "Master hole" technique, as I am already leaning toward an early post suggesting the use of some of your 1/700 railing sections cut off just far enough to provide "legs" as railings, and was going to sand off the molded railings and drill the bulkheads for attachment of "3D" railings.

[Almost makes one want to do an Olympia conversion so all this great detailing of the cabin walls can actually be SEEN! -- but that would be another story regarding layout of the windows and doors!]
