This is undoubtedly one of those cheap Chinese knock-offs that I talked about a while back. Notice that the artwork is identical to the current Minicraft kit (read PIRATED).
They've also used the copyrighted Titanic logo from the pre-release poster art from Summer '97.
I've seen variations of these for $5.00 "retail" occasionally. Don't be tempted. You're liable to get the equivelent of a pirate video that was shot in a theater.
